| Report of Canadian Peace Alliance Conference gig - Nov. 05 By Ottawa Raging Grannie Jo Wood The Canadian Peace Alliance had its 20th anniversary conference in Ottawa from November 11-13. It was a great event with more than 150 people attending from all over Canada. Ottawa Grannies Alma, Ria, Pat, Jo and Joan were joined by Guelph Granny Mary to open the conference by presenting our contestoria, "The Story of War." A contestoria is a picture show, in which images are presented on large sheets. It was a great success and several people from different peace groups expressed interest in copying it for their own use. Of course, we are happy to have anyone use it or make their own.
