July 18, 2004 Greenie Thinking I've been thinking a lot about how to get people with clout to really notice the Raging Grannies. The REAL people notice us all right, but the media seems to suffer from some sort of tunnel vision. Maybe it's because of all the steam  rising from Hot Air Central on the Hill.  Anyway, we've got to figure out some way of getting Media attention. I used to think that we could Booby trap them, you know flaunt the B's and get them so intrigued that they'd begin to notice the issue. I'd have gladly donated my explants if anyone had asked me, but no one did. Alas.  And anyhow so many people, including Grannies, Raging or not, are Boobing it that the idea isn't exciting anymore. So what 's to do? Well --- maybe a Campout on Parliament Hill protesting the Lib/Con's fascination with Star Wars. Maybe we  could copy what the Homeless are doing with their tents; we could  set up our Anti BMD Umbrellas just as Parliament is opening on October 4.  Dunno just where or how we'd do this, but then I'm just a little Green haired old Grannie who needs some ideas from other people. Or maybe we could  do a BooB Plus from the neck down ( modestly covering our faces with paper bags saying "NO to Star Wars; we can't BARE the thought".) Well maybe that's not such a great idea. But we sure as Hell gotta do something!!! Greenie the grinch
